A small Caciotta cheese produced using goat’s milk, with an extremely soft core. Aging in CasA's cellars for over two months helps make the paste extraordinarily creamy while at the same time enhancing the goat and milky flavor of the cheese. The final product is perfectly balanced and highly pleasant.
