Smoked Provola has a mild and straightforward flavor with a subtle yet encompassing smokiness that can only be obtained by smoking naturally with Oak Wood. A very versatile cheese, it's great sliced on an antipasto platter or used instead of Mozzarella in Eggplant Parmigiana. It is also Excellent when melted on a burger & makes the perfect grilled cheese sandwich!
