The aged version of fresh Asiago Cheese, it's made in the late autumn-winter period with semi-skimmed milk, specifically chosen from the splendid mountain pastures of the Trentino and Veneto Regions, which guarantee its quality and bring out its distinctive flavor. It is an excellent table cheese, rich in proteins.
