The ‘Orange Label’ cheeses, reflective of the color of their rind. These cheeses require their rinds to be hand washed daily, in order to keep them healthy and free of bacteria during their cave aging.
The strong funky smell can, at first, seem entrancing to some and intimidating to others. However, once the first bite touches the palate, it will release an explosion of aroma in the mouth, like something you’ve never felt before.
